About
Moving Through Trauma--Balancing the Body and Mind
My journey as a psychotherapist began with me receiving my M.S. from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY in Dance/Movement Therapy. From there I worked as a Wilderness Therapist for several years, spent time working in an inpatient hospital setting before deepening my practice to focus on trauma and the effects it has on the body, mind and emotions.
